At this time, EZ Outfitters only ship within the continental United States. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers.

When is my order going to ship?

Order processing time is usually 1-2 business days.

Our order cutoff time is 17:00 (EST) Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 17:00 (EST) on Friday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday (holiday delay).

If an item does not ship more than 10 business days after you order it (no special notes, such as pre-sale items, etc.), please contact us by sending an email to info@ezoutfitstyle.com and we will provide you with a refund or reship and reimburse you with a $3 coupon.

Product Shipping Time

Standard Delivery: 3-8 business days

Express Delivery: 1-4 business days

Note: Shipping time is calculated from the moment the goods are shipped.

Once your product has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order.

If you have not received your product for more than 60 natural days after we process your order, please contact us by sending an email to info@ezoutfitstyle.com and we will provide you with a refund or reship and reimburse you with a $3 coupon.

What are the shipment methods?

Standard Delivery:

Shipping is $4.90 for items under $45.9, $45.9 or more with free shipping.

Express Delivery:

Shipping is $9.80 for items under $65.9, $65.9 or more with free shipping.

Taxes

Since we currently only ship within the continental United States, there is no international business, so customers do not pay customs duties.

Excise taxes are the responsibility of the customer and we are not responsible for any taxes or fees.

Lost Goods

We are not responsible for goods lost in transit, but we are happy to help customers contact logistics companies.

Parcel Signature

For security purposes, all EZ Outfitters deliveries require a signature. You will receive a notification on the day of delivery via text or e-mail and please prepare for receiving the goods in advance.

Parcel Redirect

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.

Parcel Rejection

If you reject the package, it will be returned to our distribution center and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
