The process of customizing a clothing?

  1. Contact customer service to choose the style and quantity of customized clothing.
  2. Send the printed logo/sample to customer service, or contact customer service to design exclusive samples for free.
  3. Customer service will provide renderings of the garments. After both parties confirm that they are correct and have not been altered, the printing schedule will be set and the garments will be processed and manufactured. Please wait patiently for the goods to arrive.

Can custom clothing be returned?

No, customized clothing is a personal product, and returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product itself is damaged.

Do you ship Worldwide?

No, we currently only support shipping of items within the United States.

What is the estimated transit time once shipped?

Standard Delivery: 3-8 business days

Express Delivery: 1-4 business days

We currently do not have an international shipping service, so you do not need to pay customs duties. However, you will need to pay excise tax on your purchases.

Standard Delivery:

Shipping is $4.90 for items under $45.9, $45.9 or more with free shipping.

Express Delivery:

Shipping is $9.80 for items under $65.9, $65.9 or more with free shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order within 30 minutes after purchasing the product, after that the order can not be canceled. We will process your order within 12 working hours, and the money will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days.
